JHS Art Students Critique Faculty Art Show at Prendergast Library

JHS students in Brandy Fuller’s Drawing & Painting class recently had the opportunity to turn the tables on their instructors by critiquing faculty artwork during the Annual Exhibit of the Chautauqua County Art Teachers¬† at the Prendergast Library’s gallery. Students selected their favorite artwork from the show and critiquing it by answering a series of questions. Students were expected to use the appropriate art vocabulary to answer the questions and justify their opinions. JPS Art teachers participating in the show are:¬† MaryGrace Anderson, Terry Carlson, Stephanie Cutrona, Kirk Frink, Brandy Fuller, Janet Gould, David Mazzone and Rebecca Whitman.
