Dollar General Donates School Supplies to Fletcher Elementary School

Dollar General in the Foote Avenue Plaza is helping its neighbor, Fletcher Elementary School, by running a Back to School Supply Drive. Store Manager Pattie Lukaszewski and her staff are asking customers to donate their loose change or donate a small school supply for the students at Fletcher Elementary School. The three-week drive ends August 19th and the store employees have already collected a huge box full of Kleenex, pencils, hand sanitizers, erasers and many other necessary supplies for the school.

“We are so appreciative of Dollar General’s support of Fletcher Elementary School,” said Principal Walt Samick. “This will help our families and students lessen the expense of buying some back-to-school items. By donating these supplies, Dollar General on Foote Avenue has allowed students to concentrate on learning.
