Ring Elementary School first graders show off some of the 185 non-perishable cans they collected to donate to Joint Neighborhood Projects in honor of the 100th day of school. Students collected cans from every grade level and exceeded their 100-can goal. The project was a good way to show students that everyone can give back tho their community no matter their age. Students lined the hallway with the cans so all students in the school could count them on their way into class.
