JPS Art Teachers Show Work at Cibo

JPS Art teachers recently displayed their work at their annual art show at Cibo in downtown Jamestown. For the fifth year, the teachers displayed 16 piece of art in various  media including: photography, sculpture, acrylic paint, oil paint, watercolor, colored pencil and mixed media.

“Having this show shows our students and the public that we are artists, not just teachers and that we are active in the arts community of Jamestown,” said  Stephanie Baker, JHS art teachers. “Brian Ellis from Cibo is a great supporter of JHS art students and JPS art teachers. We have student work on display year-round and our annual art teacher show. We are very grateful for such a supportive business owner.”

JPS art teachers who participated in the show were: Anna Sandberg (Fletcher), Terry Carlson (JHS), David Mazzone (JHS), Brandy Fuller (JHS), Becky Whitman (Bush/Ring), Stephanie Baker (JHS), Kevin Kyser (Wash), Marygrace Anderson (Lincoln/Love), Lisa Corey (Jeff), Michela Tehan (Persell) and Kirk Frink (JHS).
