Alumnus, Richard Lundquist, Inducted Into JHS Band’s Hall of Fame

The Jamestown High School band inducted 1973 alumnus, Richard Lundquist, in the Hall of Fame Saturday night at their 90th Anniversary Concert. Mr. Lundquist, who was also the band director at Chautauqua Lake for many years, is now retired.  His son, Erik, was also in the band and served as the drum major of the marching band.  Mr. Lundquist has helped the JHS band for many years, even after his son’s graduation, by offering support, finding music, and being an advocate in the community. Congratulations on a well-deserved honor!
