AJP Donates to St. Susan’s Center

The Association of Jamestown Paraprofessionals (AJP) recently held their second annual Food Drive to benefit St. Susan’s Center. The AJP collected non-perishable items from paraprofessionals in each school from December 1st to December 21st.

“Holidays are always difficult for people. We work with students very closely and know how difficult it is for them sometimes,” said AJP President Cheryl Jones. “Parents want to provide a good meal or a gift for their children, especially at this time of the year, and they are just not able to. “We are hoping that this little act of kindness will help a few families that are less fortunate than us enjoy this holiday season.”. As JPS employees, AJP members would like to continue to give back to the community in any way we can.”
