“JHS is special because, although being a large and diverse school, every student is able to take advantage of athletic and scholastic opportunities to excel in but still enjoy high school. JHS has thrown many challenges at me academically and on the field. These challenges forced me to adapt and prepare for college life turning me into a dedicated and devoted student. I feel more than prepared for college this fall.”
Award and honors: Jasmine Cantor Award, New York State Scholarship for Academic Excellence, JCC Part-time Student Dean’s List, Scholar Athlete Award, JHS Varsity Soccer Captain and MVP, ECIC First Team All-Star, AP Scholar with Honors and All Academic ECIC All-Star First Team

“My favorite class was Drama because it was a different and interactive way to learn and explore theatrics. Also, performing is something I’m passionate about and I enjoyed expressing that while at school.”
