Why do you think JHS is special? JHS allows for exposure to opportunities in our area, and the abundance of AP classes have prepared me for college.   Specifically I think our extracurricular programs, especially music, is one of the greatest assets of JHS.  As a student in all music ensembles, I can’t describe the opportunities I have been given in regards to music.

What was your favorite class and/or teacher and why? AP Calculus/Mr. Lumia – While challenging, it was in a subject I am genuinely intrigued by and I enjoyed the challenge.

How do you think JHS prepared you for your life after graduation? The opportunities I have had to take college classes with teachers who genuinely care about each student’s success has greatly prepared me for life after graduation.
