Q. How long have you served on the Jamestown Board of Education?

A. I served on the Jamestown Public School’s Board for 20 years, took eight years off and then just got re-elected beginning this school year.

Q. Why did you originally decide to become a Board Member and why do you continue to serve?

A. For many reasons but the top is to make sure that every child in Jamestown has access to an affordable, quality education

Q. What is your life like outside of the School Board?

A. I work for Wells Fargo Advisors as an Investment Officer/Financial Advisor, take care of my house and grounds with my wife, Casey, and play as much golf as I can.

Q. What are your biggest concerns facing Jamestown Schools in the coming years?

A. Financial concerns: how to pay on a local level for unfunded mandates from the NYS level.

Q. Why do you think Jamestown Public Schools is a great place for children to receive an education?

A. The size of our school system allows us to offer many electives, college level classes and sports, music and fine arts opportunties.
