Washington Students of the Month September 2017

Washington Middle School is proud to announce its September Students of the Month:

KATE KATHMAN is in 5th grade and is the daughter of Kristy and Jason Kathman.  She likes to play soccer and read in her spare time.  Her favorite subject in school is Social Studies and thanks Mrs. Zahn for being really nice and encouraging.  In the future she wants to play soccer or be a teacher/author.

 

 

 

 

NATE CORNELL is in 6th grade and is the son of Chuck and Lori Cornell.  His favorite subject is ELA and says Mrs. Pitts has made a difference in his life by helping him write with his left hand (he broke his right).  In his spare time he likes to play soccer.  In the future he wants to be a psychologist.

 

 

 

 

EMYLIA HALLBERG is a 7th grader and the daughter of Peggy and John Hallberg.  Her favorite subjects are music, P.E., and Social Studies and has been influenced by Mrs. Wakefield because she reminds her to keep trying and work hard.  She enjoys playing volleyball and practicing her instruments in her spare time and in the future she would like to become the president.

 

 

 

HUDSON KNAPP is in 8th grade and is the son of Shane and Erin Knapp.  He enjoys playing cards and playing games on his phone in his spare time.  His favorite subject in school is Social Studies and believes his hockey coach, Rob Bender, has made a difference in his life because he pushes the team to work harder every practice.  In the future he wants to play in the NHL.
